KATHLEEN DELUCA, CMP, CSEP
President and Founder
Kathy founded Events Plus, Inc. (EPI) in May 1998 and
is a graduate of Temple University’s School of Business. She has 30
years of meeting and event planning experience in the corporate and non-profit
arenas producing major events and meetings locally, around the country, and
world. Her creativity and vision, her sharp business savvy, and her intense
mind for detail and logistics offer EPI clients and their guests powerful
results and exceptional service. Kathy earned her Certified Special Event
Professional (CSEP) and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), which are the
hallmark of achievement in the industry. Kathy’s passion and commitment
to excellence in the industry is evident through her volunteer leadership.
She currently serves as President of the International Special Event Society
(ISES), Director on the CMP Board, Vice President of Finance for Meeting
Planners International (MPI) New Jersey, Leadership Committee for EWomen
Network in South Jersey, and is a Founding Member of ISES New Jersey South.
JACKIE GORDON
Event Specialist
Jackie is part of the Events Plus, Inc. team in the capacity of Event Specialist.
Prior to that, for over 15 years, she was a business owner in the hospitality
and event industry. For over a decade, she owned and operated a restaurant in
South Jersey and joined the business community to help better the environment
for residents and merchants. The training ground for that arena was in the corporate
world where she gained extensive experience in customer service, design, and
hospitality. Jackie’s formal education is in business management with an
extensive art background. Jackie is a member of the International Special Events
Society’s New Jersey South Chapter and serves on the Board of Directors
as Vice President of Programs and Education.
ANDREW FAU
Event Coordinator/ Graphic-Web Designer
Andrew is a graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia and comes to EPI with
an extensive background in the advertising industry. He specialized in art direction
as well as graphic and web design. He was the owner of design agency and had
a diversified list of clients. His creative design talent and ability to think
out-of-the box lends itself to designing unique themes and graphic design elements
to customize event print materials. He is the designer of the company website
as well as the Fido's Festival USA® website and offers his website design
talents as part of EPI’s services. Because of his love of the outdoors,
he is involved in a non-profit adventure group and in his free time organizes
events such as backpacking, climbing, surfing and snowboarding.
LARRY DELUCA
Operations Consultant
Larry is a graduate of Kings College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania with a degree
in Accounting. He has an MBA in Taxation/Accounting from Farleigh Dickinson
University. Larry brings to EPI over ten years of major corporate experience. He
possesses over ten years of entrepreneurial experience in which he successfully
created, operated and eventually sold a sports related company. Larry founded
and is currently operating a real estate investment company. He is a business
consultant specializing in firms seeking growth.
